We drink hot water with lemon juice and honey in it when we are getting a cold, or have one. Maybe we should start drinking it on a regular basis and beat the colds all together!

Never did like hot lemon and honey when my mom tried to give it to me when I had a cold. Never have tried it since, perhaps I should. We also love BFS at least once every other week. It is usually pancakes with maple sausage links (turkey sausage for my oldest son who is allergic to pork) and possibly eggs. Sometimes I put syrup in the pancakes on the griddle and we make them into our own version of McGriddles.
