M*****'s Home School ~~
Home of the Rottweilers.
We started this blog with the purpose of sharing information with our friends and family, but most of all to give our students more experience in writing, publishing and improving their communication skills. But changes and life marched on and now this blog serves as a record of our school progress and some of that life that marches.
They look like those things I used to make in elementary school where you chose a color and a a number and then when you open it up, it tells you who you're going to marry and how many children you're going to have.
I do! I think they were called cootie catchers? Which is kind of a weird name if that is it. LOL!
Signs that my kids have a psychologist for a mom: they worte their feelings on little pieces of paper and put them in the little salt cellar thing! Ha Ha!
just found your blog from Essie at accidental mommy. i will have to read more of your post as i am also a single mother. i can't tell yet if your children are adopted or fostered but i guess one or they other. i am single mother of an adopted child who i fostered for a year first. i live in Taiwan so a tad different from yourself but its alway great to see other single woman adopting/fostering. I want to foster more children in the future, now that my daughters adoption is final. people think i am crazy to want to care for kids when i don't have a husband..but we aren't that crazy right??! take care will read more of your blog to get a better idea of who you are and how you came to do what you do.
We love origami - my kids were always better at it than I am. It's a great left brain - right brain activity. Their favorite origami was the little cup you make in 5 folds - I used to pour a few drops of apple juice in their cups for them to drink. Fun stuff. Be blessed
