But changes and life marched on and now this blog serves as a record of our school progress and some of that life that marches.

A New Start
Today we start our 2nd semester of the school year. I have been homeschooling for 5 years now and I am so blessed to be able to do this.
:)De, just yesterday I was thinking that truly I was blessed to homeschool my kids. That was really the best time of our lives. There are good times ahead, but in a different way - never again will we have the opportunity to show a 4th grader the stages of a butterfly's growth or have my daughter and my husband search our yard for different kinds of rocks or have my son be so excited that his finger was bleeding so he could look at his blood under a microscope. Carpe Diem - sieze the day. Be ever so blessed.
