We started this blog with the purpose of sharing information with our friends and family, but most of all to give our students more experience in writing, publishing and improving their communication skills. But changes and life marched on and now this blog serves as a record of our school progress and some of that life that marches.
Love the snow pictures!! We had snow in northwest NJ and it was beautiful. My 14 year old son bought a snow blower two years ago and this is the year he finally made a profit from it. He came to us with a proposal to lend him the money to buy a snowblower and a payment schedule that he would follow to pay us back. He was 12 at the time. If he couldn't make the payments we were to take the money from his bank account (birthday gifts saved up). He broke even year 1, year 2 not enough snow, but year 3 "paydirt".
