Thx! First time yellow squash growers. They where a big hit sauteed with a little onion and garlic.

Yummy yellow squash. I know it' good steamed and/or sauteed, but don't forget about fried and dipped in Ranch dressing. I guess that's the Southern Belle in me . . . not too healthy but ohhhh soooo delicious. ;-)

We just put it all together in a pan and cook it up with the garlic and whatever herbs those darned rabbits have left me.

Alternatively, tossed in olive oil and broiled is nice, too. (At least that's what I think; I do tend to eat the lion's share for some reason.)
